I had to deal with PLIA so there was a lot paper work involved and once all the paper work was taken care of, Ross scheduled the work and he arrived the day he said he would. The tank was removed and back filled with gavel, compacted and then he re-sodded and seeded the whole area. I was really happy with the work he did and the outcome of the project. I could not be happier and I would highly recommend him. read less

He uses a hot water pressure washer which is the more expensive & superior piece of equipment. I know enough about it that cold water requires more pressure (around 3500 PSI) but his system he can tone it down to as low as 800 PSI and let the hot water do more of the work. Which is just easier on the roof system. read less
